The new Sporting Clube de Porto’s third-shirt for 2023-24 was announced this morning. The shirt is manufactured from Nike which will used during the next year’s Primeira Liga campaign. The club as well as Nike have decided to mark 20 years since the Estadio Jose Alvalade debut by adding his logo CR7 to the chest.

The Nike Sporting CP 2023-24 third shirt is black with a body with gold sleeves. White trims are located on the cuffs and the club’s badge is that is woven with gold and white thread.
One of the most striking features that stands out on this Nike Sporting 2023-24 third soccer shirt is the CR7 logo that is in instead that of Nike Swoosh. The other Ronaldo heart symbol – which has been utilized by Nike on their CR7 collection and boots in the past – is featured in the reverse on the neck.
Sporting Lisbon are deservedly proud that they have brought one of the most talented players of their time to their youth academy, and also given an opportunity to play professional football. However, the response to the jersey from Sporting followers on the internet has been mostly negative. A lot of people view this as an unflattering gesture and cite that the “no player is more important that the team” principle.
