Getafe's Kit Controversy: Did La Liga Force Getafe to Change 23-24 Kits?

Getafe The Spanish football team based in the suburbs of Madrid has slightly altered their kits following their first release. It was discovered by the @LeClubMaillots as well as Gol de Sergio.

JOMA LOGO MOVED FROM CENTER TO RIGHT CHEST OF GETAFE KITS – PREVIOUS KIT LIKELY WAS AGAINST KIT RULES

Joma along with the club originally placed the logos on the shirt as a nod to Cerro los Angeles, the geographic center in the Iberian Peninsula, depicted on the badge. Then, in the absence of any notice there was no announcement that it was revealed that the Joma branding logo changed from the center of the kit to the right side, which created an unnatural symmetry, which many supporters aren’t a fan of.

The reason behind the change in kit is likely to be due the UEFA as well as La Liga Equipment rules. The original Joma logo was in a way that was too high. This was banned in the past.

However, Getafe are still selling their previous kit and some of their fans consider unfair for those who bought it.

What are your thoughts about the new kit from Getafe? Are they allowed to continue selling the previous kit?
