The unveiled Nike jersey was conceived by Nike to be an official Galatasaray 23-24 Third Kit which is a celebration of the 100th anniversary Turkey. Turkish Republic. But, the idea was disapproved by the club. Galatasaray chose instead to wear the new red-yellow striped jersey that pays tribute to the stripes that was worn during the 1920s.

The first Nike Galatasaray 100-year Anniversary of Turkish Republic third prototype jersey to be worn between 23 and 24.

The Nike Galatasaray S.K. 2023-24 100 Years of Turkish Republic Third prototype shirt has been designed to be a tribute to the Turkish national shirt, sporting red, gold and white details.

The words “100th Anniversary of the Republic of Turkey” along with Turkey’s flag Turkish flag were incorporated within the collar. There was a an elongated gold border surrounding the crest as well as the phrases “Republic 100 Years Old.”

It is not clear what caused the denial of the initial design, and the reason why the team chose an alternative design.

The Nike Gala 2023-2024 100-year Turkish Republic third-prototype jersey is obviously not for sale.
