Kanye West once more been in the news for his style choice, after the singer was spotted sporting an vintage Premier League shirt at the Tyson Fury fight against Francis Ngannou fight in Riyadh. The team or the kit the player wore can’t be determined with ease.
TOTTENHAM 2001-02 GOALKEEPER KIT?
The long-sleeve black football shirt used by Kanye West displayed the original Premier League logo and three yellow stripes. This confirms the shirt that it was a genuine Adidas shirt. The fans were quick to guess about which team the shirt was part of, with the majority of speculations pointing to Tottenham Hotspur’s goalkeeper’s jersey in the 2001-2002 season.
What doesn’t match the Tottenham 2001-02 goalkeeper’s shirt is the fact that the Three Stripes are omitted for the badge on sleeves, which Adidas first introduced in 2006.
