Adidas will take the trip back in time during the 2024-2025 season.

Adidas is planning to reintroduce the trefoil logo in 2024-2025 Elite Team third kits instead of the existing Adidas logo.

This is consistent with Adidas their recent efforts at revitalising their past, and their iconic football kits such as the retro-styled jersey showcasing during Paris Fashion Week and their Adidas Originals campaign that features Zinedine Zidane as well as David Beckham in early October 2023.

The Trefoil logo is a trademark employed by Adidas during the 70s and the 80s, has become more prominent in Adidas’ Adidas website. Although it was designed for casual clothing the logo could add diversification to the company’s football kit.

The 2024-2025 kits for the third kit are likely to sport the trefoil design only, with no Adidas logo and text. The Adidas Arsenal mockup displays the way that the logo appears in the contemporary Adidas 2024 template.
