update: Another weekend of football and another torn Castore soccer kit. It was this time Feyenoord’s Quinten Timber, however, it didn’t hinder him. The goal was scored by the defective kit before shifting to an entirely new kit. The cut-out was in the section that displays the Castore logo. But it won’t benefit the brand.
30 October 2023: Fifth Castore Kit Rips This Season
Another football weekend, another Castore kit tear.
In the Premier League match between Newcastle United and Wolverhampton Wanderers, Callum Wilson’s shirt was ripped slightly, showing three holes that were the size of mouse holes.
This is at most the fifth occasion this year that the Castore product has been ripped. Castore didn’t comment regarding the issue at this time. Since it doesn’t affect the players’ performance, Footy Headlines thinks Castore will not fix the issue for their current kits.
ONE THING SEEMS SURE, THOUGH: THE CASTORE KIT CURSE IS NOT GOING AWAY ANYTIME SOON
Do you think Castore modify their kit to keep this to happen?
