Winamax boasts more than 7 million users registered, is scheduled to contribute around 6.5 million euros each year for VfB Stuttgart, half of the amount Mercedes-Benz Bank used to contribute.
The speculation about who will succeed Mercedes-Benz Bank as the sponsor is in the air and social media is buzzing with speculation. Alexander Wehrle, the board chairman, has previously hinted that the company would not be the case with a Chinese betting firm.
The question remains which logos will be added to the kits but the best option appears to be that of the “Winamax” name, as we have mocked it up in the image below.
Alongside Winamax becoming a sponsor of the front of the shirt, Stuttgart are also looking for a different company that could have its logo incorporated into the sleeves of the jersey. The identity of this second company is yet to be announced and likely to be revealed over the coming days.
